AVOID shadowing type parameters.

BAD:

class A<T> {
  void fn<T>() {}
}

GOOD:

class A<T> {
  void fn<U>() {}
}

Usage

To enable the avoid_shadowing_type_parameters rule, add avoid_shadowing_type_parameters under linter > rules in your analysis_options.yaml file:
